L’École de Boulangerie et de Pâtisserie de Paris (The Paris Bakery and Pastry School) was the first training centre founded in France for learning or perfecting the skills of the baker and pastry chef.
Thanks to this history, and the support of Grands Moulins de Paris, which founded the School in 1929, the School has trained thousands of bakers and pastry chefs in highly valued skills that are recognised all over the world as representing French know-how. With a resolutely international outlook, every year the School introduces nearly 400 foreign students to French bread- and patisserie-making techniques.
The School has always stood for high-quality training, expert teachers, and a passion for bakery and patisserie. The school strives to pass these values on to young apprentices and mature students learning a new craft.
Our baking traditions are passed on to the new generations in our baking school, where the bakers of tomorrow can refine their skills and draw inspiration from our authentic French know-how and artisanal techniques which we have been sharing since 1929.
